Last Thursday, in school, a school-men worker was painting the walls. But not all the walls. A lot of people have accidentally touched the wall, and couldnt get the paint off their hands. I accidentally touched the wall too, and I was very worried, because I couldnt get the paint off my hand! I went to the class to see if anyone could help me, and found my friend. I didnt want to go to teacher, he was in the library, because I didnt want anyone to see that I have accidentally touched the paint on the wall. I went to the bathroom with my friend, Adriana. I asked her if she knew how to get the paint off my hand, but she didnt know. When I tried to wash the paint off my hand with water, it didnt work. It only got worse, it got on my other hand. I was getting more worried. It was going to be reccess soon.
I tried scratching the paint off my hand, it worked a little, but then it would take a really long time before I finish scratching ALL the paint off. After a while, Adriana told me that she would call Joanna (my other friend), to come. When Joanna came, she said that you have to scrub oil on your hand to get it off. I asked her: WHERE can I get oil around here??!! Then she said, why dont u ask the man that painted the wall? So, all three of us went to ask the man. He took a cloth, put a little oil on it, and scrubbed the paint off my hand, Easily! I was very pleased and thankful to the man..but then, while scrubbing the paint off, he said and complained that a lot of people had touched the wall accidentally. When he finished, it was just in time! It was time for reccess! I quickly went to wash the oil off as he told me to, and then, I went to reccess, with my friend Shari. She asked me where I went all the time, and I told her the whole story. She understanded it very well. After reccess, my friend Liza, from the class right next to mine, accidentally touched the wall! She ran to the bathroom to wash it off. I told her "you cant wash it off!", then she asked me "how, then?" I told her to ask the man that painted the wall, and she ran to him. And he said "what? another one???!!!" We laughed. After he finished getting the paint off her hand, we ran back to class, before teacher gets in to class, on the way back, we saw a boy from Liza's class, and we laughed!! Liza told him to go to the man that painted the wall, and he ran to him. Hee heee! It was SO funny!!
Im very pleased to get the paint of my hand, thankful to the man that painted the wall who got the paint off my hand so that I will not be stared at..but the school didnt have any soap, so my hand still smelt like paint even after the man got it off. I will remember this story, everytime I pass by that wall! And, I told my friends, that I will never touch a wall at school again! And, I kept my word for a day, but on Friday, I touched the wall to see if it had dried off, and it was. This is the whole story, thanks for reading it!
Kinda makes you sad, don't it?
