~Ok this is what i think. I think that there are circumstances to lie. I think that the one Al said was a perfect example. But if he was lying to save is own life, i think that may be a little selfish. Ex. If someone came to the door of my house and asked if there were any christians in the house to me, i would say Yes, and if they asked who, id say me. Because I'd be persecuted for righteousness sake. Which would be a blessing. Now if anyone came and asked if there were any Jews in my house to me, and my jewish friend were in the next room, I might say "no" for there sake. Unless i was asked otherwise by the friend. Now i am not saying there is neutrality in the Kingdom of God, but i am saying if you are lying for your own life, you are wrong. But to save anothers life that is fine. I think. Dont think i am saying it is good to lye for a friend, cause that is wrong, but there life is different. As for the surprise party. I think it is not lying and it is fine. You dont have to lye to think of a plan, but if you have to then fine.
