When you hit the, "Submit Follow Up" button, only hit it once. Even if it's taking a long time for the message board to post, just wait it out, the more times you keep pushing the same button before it's done, the more it will post doubles and triples of the same message.
And to everyone else, don't go and push the button more then once to double your messages on purpose to piss me off. You know how I get and I will get pissed off at you, and I don't need to get angry. It's not good for my health, I'm not in the mood for that.
